How to make Instant No Cook Paneer Peda Recipe.
Hi friends! I am back to blogging after a really long gap. And it feels great to start off with a post for Blogging Marathon in which I have been very irregular!
Today’s post is a sweet treat that can be made for the festive season that is just around the corner.
All you need is 2 ingredients and 5 minutes of your time and this instant no cook dessert is ready to be served.
Fresh homemade paneer works best for this recipe and the other ingredient is the ready to use Badam Milk mix. With just these 2 ingredients at hand , this dessert is a breeze to prepare.
The first time I made this I had a doubt about the taste but when Lil dude himself went for a second helping, I was happy at how it had turned out! I have made this a couple of time after the initial trial.
Let’s see how to make this simple 2 ingredient Instant Paneer Peda Recipe
A simple no cook dessert made with just 2 ingredients
- 100 grams Fresh paneer
- 5 tbsp Ready to use Badam Mix
-
Take the paneer and badam mix in a mixie jar and grind it in short bursts till combined
-
Remove onto a greased tray and flatten the mixture.
-
Leave it in the fridge for half an hour.
-
Cut into squares and garnish with almond halves.

Serve.
- I used MTR brand’s Badam milk mix.
- If not serving immediately, store the dessert in the fridge in an air tight container.
- Stays good for4-5 days in the fridge.
- Adjust the quantity of badam milk mix to suit your taste

We need instant options when we have a crunch for time. Awesome recipe for whipping up something for the festivals. I liked your presentation.
This is such a timely recipe. I also have a pack of MTR badam mix and my boys would love this more than drinking as badam milk.
