Step by step method to prepare Mango Custard Recipe


Summer has come and gone and during that time Lil Angel enjoyed her share of Mangoes. In order to make something other than milkshake, I tried this Mango Custard Recipe and she found it delectable.So I made these a couple of times later and she enjoyed the fruit all the more.

This dish tastes best when served chilled and is a party pleaser for sure. And this is the reason for my posting this ,albeit a little late, for Srivalli’s Kids Delight Anniversary Party.

Step by step method to prepare Mango Custard Recipe

Take custardpowder in a small bowl and add a little cold milk. Mix well and keep aside.Heat milk in a pan

Stir the custard slurry once again anf dd to the milk. Let it cometo a boil.Reduce the heat and add the cane sugar.

Mix well. Add the mango pulp,mix and simmer till it thickens a little.Remove from heat and cool. Refrigerate till ready to serve. Pour into bowls and serve garnished with choppedpmango pieces, chopped nuts and chocolate chips!

  1. I had made this recently and we all loved it! I didn’t take any pictures unfortunately. Refrigerating is very essential for this, that’s the only delaying part..else it’s such an easy dish to prepare!! Great choice for an anniversary party PJ 😊
