Another easy breezy dish created by Ju’s mom.Baiye is bean curd sheets that are cut into strips and used in this recipe.It is such a simple dish that even a novice cook can prepare this with ease and earn showers of appreciation!
You need:
Garlic chives- a small bunch ,chopped into 2″ long pieces.
Beancurd sheet-1 sheet,chopped into thin strips
Ginger- 1″ piece,chopped
Seasoning cube- 1
Salt to taste
Oil- 1 teaspoon
- In a wok heat oil and add ginger .Saute for a minute.
- Put in Garlic chives,salt and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the beancurd strips and seasoning cube and mix well.
- Cook for another minute
- Remove from heat and serve.

Sounds very very easy to make… I've also heard that green garlic is very healthy… one of my Gujarathi friend uses it regularly in her household :-).
